RETURNS

Return Cost

Truelifeflix Shop will cover the cost of your return if you receive a faulty item. Please contact us in the event that your order is damaged or faulty on receipt.

7 Days to Return Faulty Items

Sometimes items have a rough time in transit and we appreciate this is not a great experience! Contact us if you received a damaged item and we will let you know next steps and ensure we get you a replacement as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

Please select your items carefully as we do not provide a change of mind return. Only items received faulty or damaged can be returned for exchange or refund. All items should be reported damaged within 72 hours of receipt and should be returned within 7 days. Contact us for more information.
