These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of gift cards purchased from or issued by Truelifeflix Shop, operated by Burnt Media Group UK Limited. By purchasing or using a Truelifeflix Shop gift card, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Definitions
Gift Card: A pre-paid digital or physical card that can be used to make purchases on the Truelifeflix Shop website.
We/Us/Our: Burnt Media Group UK Limited, trading as Truelifeflix Shop.
You/Your: The purchaser or recipient of the gift card.
2. Purchasing and Redemption
Gift cards can be purchased online at Truelifeflix.shop in various denominations. (British Pounds being the base currency)
Gift cards can only be redeemed on the Truelifeflix Shop website (www.truelifeflix.shop).
Gift cards may be used as full or part payment for eligible products.
Only one gift card can be used per order unless otherwise specified.
If your order exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.
3. Expiry and Validity
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or issue, unless otherwise stated.
After the expiry date, any remaining balance will be void and cannot be redeemed or refunded.
The expiry date cannot be extended.
4. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded in part or whole.
No change will be given from gift card purchases.
Refunds for products purchased with a gift card will be issued back to a gift card balance.
5. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Cards
Please treat gift cards like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse any gift card suspected of being fraudulently obtained or tampered with.
6. Restrictions
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Cannot be used for business or resale purposes without written permission.
Cannot be used on third-party platforms or retailers.
7. Cancellation and Right to Withdraw
If you purchase a gift card online as a consumer (i.e. not for business use), you have the right to cancel your purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
You may cancel your gift card within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the card has not been used.

8. Fraud and Misuse
We reserve the right to:
Refuse, cancel or block a gift card if fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity is suspected.

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for:
Losses arising from unauthorised use, loss, or theft of the gift card.
Indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the gift card.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website and will not affect gift cards already issued unless required by law.
